VIS Withdraws Broker Fiduciary Rating of Intermarket Securities Limited

Karachi, January 02, 2025: VIS Credit Rating Company Ltd. (VIS) has withdrawn the Broker Fiduciary Rating of BFR3+ assigned to Intermarket Securities Limited (IMS). Ratings stand withdrawn on account of IMS’s merger with and into EFG Hermes Pakistan Limited (EFG). The new entity has been renamed to Intermarket Securities (formerly EFG Hermes Pakistan Limited). Previous rating action was announced on July 04, 2023.
