VIS Withdraws Entity Ratings of Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited

Karachi, January 06, 2025: VIS Credit Rating Company Limited (VIS) has withdrawn the entity rating of ‘AA+/A1+’ (Double A Plus/A One Plus) assigned to Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Ltd. (‘’FFBL’’ or ‘’the Company’’), with immediate effect, on account of successful merger of FFBL with and into Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (FFC).

Accordingly, the ratings have been withdrawn due to the cessation of business operations of FFBL.
