VIS Withdraws IFS Ratings of EFU Health Insurance Limited (formerly Allianz EFU Health Insurance Limited)

Karachi, July 03, 2024: As per the scheme of amalgamation between EFU Life Assurance Limited (EFUL) and EFU Health Insurance Limited (EFUH) under section 284 of the Companies Act, 2017. EFUH has been amalgamated into EFUL as of May 01, 2024. Accordingly, VIS Credit Rating Company Limited (VIS) has withdrawn the Insurer Financial Strength (IFS) ratings assigned to EFUH, with immediate effect.
