JCR-VIS places Ratings of Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited on Rating Watch- Developing

Karachi, December 21, 2011: JCR-VIS Credit Rating Company Limited has placed credit ratings of Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) of ‘AAA/A-1+’ (Triple A / A-One Plus) and standalone ratings of ‘B+/B’ (Single B Plus / Single B) on ‘Rating Watch-Developing’ status. The rating action has been taken due to non-availability of financial statements for the year ended 2010 and onwards. The ratings would be reviewed once accounts are finalized.
