Update on Entity Ratings of Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited

Karachi, June 29, 2026: VIS Credit Rating Company Limited (VIS) notes that the Bank’s audited financial statements for CY25 and the financial results for 1QCY26 are currently under finalization and, therefore, are not yet available for dissemination. Upon receipt and review of the finalized financial information, VIS will reassess the Bank’s financial profile and update the assigned ratings, as deemed appropriate. The last rating action was dated June 30, 2026.
