VIS Suspends Entity Ratings of Unity Foods

Karachi, March 04, 2026: VIS Credit Rating Company Limited (VIS) has suspended the entity ratings of A/A2 (Single A assigned to Unity Foods Limited (“UFL” or “the Company”) with immediate effect, in view of the public notice issued by UFL regarding three separate civil proceedings initiated between different sponsors, with the Company named as a party. VIS will review the ratings once clarity on the outcomes of the matters is obtained. Last rating action was announced on February 13, 2025.
