VIS Update on Entity Ratings of ABHI Microfinance Bank (formerly FINCA Microfinance Bank Limited)

Karachi, September 03, 2025: In continuation of our previous press release dated March 25, 2025, VIS Credit Rating Company Limited (VIS) notes the Abhi Microfinance Bank (formerly FINCA Microfinance Bank Limited, “FINCA” or “the Bank”) has completed a change of ownership as of January 24, 2025, with Abhi Private Limited acquiring a majority stake of 61.61% and TPL Corp Limited securing 33.17% ownership.

The Bank’s financial statements for 2022 and subsequent years are currently under audit. VIS Credit Rating Company Limited (VIS) will review and update the Bank’s ratings upon completion of the audit and assessment of all requisite financial information.
