VIS Suspends Entity Ratings of Union Apparel (Pvt) Limited

Karachi, April 20, 2026: VIS Credit Rating Company Limited (VIS) has suspended the entity ratings assigned to Union Apparel (Pvt) Limited (‘UAPL’ or ‘the Company’), on account of Company’s merger with and into its Parent Company ‘Union Fabrics (Pvt) Limited’, till settlement of outstanding dues. Previous rating action was announced on March 20, 2025.
