VIS Matures Instrument Rating of Sukuk 1 of OBS AGP (Private) Limited

Karachi, July 23, 2026: VIS Credit Rating Company Limited (VIS) has matured the instrument rating of ‘Sukuk 1’ issue of OBS AGP (Private) Limited (‘OBS AGP’ or the ‘Company’), amounting to PKR 2.6bn. Issuance and maturity dates of the instrument were July 15, 2021 and July 15, 2026, respectively. Previous rating action was announced on December 08, 2025.
